Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE on orders of €30 and above.

Our standard delivery is charged at €5 for orders up to a value of €30.

International Delivery - Unfortunately at this time, we do not normally ship outside of the Republic of Ireland. Should you wish to place an order with Horgan’s, please e-mail onlinesales@horganpharmacygroup.ie with details of your order request and your location.

Delivery Times

All orders received before 2pm will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. Where this is not possible, it will be dispatched from us the following day. Although we dispatch our orders on a 48 hour service, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries.

Returns Policy

No Question, 7-day Returns

Horgan’s offer a full refund on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer’s receipt of goods. Horgan’s do not however reimburse the costs associated with returning and delivery of returning goods unless they are faulty.

Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Orders that include perishable goods or where the goods are affected by matters of hygiene cannot be cancelled or returned, unless faulty. Where applicable, please note that fragrance, lotions and all other body products cannot be returned and refunded once the sealed product packaging has been opened. Personal electrical products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Items

Horgans will replace any faulty item with the same product/model within the first 30 days. This includes all costs associated with delivery and return of the faulty product. Goods should be returned as per our Returns Procedure. Beyond the initial 30 days, we will replace or repair any item as per the guidelines set by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Damaged in Delivery

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at online sales@horganpharmacygroup.ie. In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual Returns Procedure.

In the unlikely event that the content of your order has been delivered incorrectly, we ask that you notify us at onlinesales@horganpharmacygroup.ie within 7 days.

Returns Procedure

Please email onlinesales@horganpharmacygroup.ie and quote your order number in all correspondence. A member of our team will reply within a maximum of 3 working days and advise you how to proceed with your return.

All returns should be addressed to: Horgans Pharmacy Tesco Shopping Centre,Parkwest, Mallow, Co Cork ​

Online Returns

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.

Please note, this is the only means by which an item can be returned to Horgan’s. Returning items to a Horgan’s Pharmacy store is only permitted for certain products and when requested in the customer’s initial email. Goods returned by any other method outside of this Return of Goods Procedure will not be accepted.
